Villa Empeiria – Stunning Sea Views Private Pool Modern Design & Central Location

Villa Empeiria (Means experience in Greek) in the village of Paleros, is a newly built, luxurious villa and has been designed to the highest level.

When you enter the villa on the ground floor, the lounge area is just to your right. It’s warm and welcoming, featuring a huge, comfortable corner sofa, stylish coffee tables, and a Smart TV—perfect for relaxing together after a day in the sun. The space has lovely boho-style touches and a great indoor–outdoor feel. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors flood the room with Greek sunshine and open directly onto the pool area, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day.

To the left of the entrance, you’ll find the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Large windows look out over the pool and the beautiful blue of the Ionian Sea, filling the space with natural light and making cooking and sharing meals together a real pleasure.

There’s also a convenient guest washroom with a WC in this area, perfect for everyday use.

Heading down the hallway, you’ll reach the three bedrooms, designed with a unique cave-style feel. The first two bedrooms can be set up as twins or doubles, depending on your needs. Each has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower. A separate shared washroom with a WC is located in the hallway for added convenience.

All bedrooms feature tall glass sliding doors that open directly to the outdoor area—so you’re reminded every morning that you’re in Greece. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the outdoor dining area, which just might become your favorite spot for enjoying a morning coffee. ☀️

Outdoor Area

Outdoor living at Villa Empeiria in Paleros truly captures the spirit of a Greek villa holiday. With beautifully designed outdoor spaces on both upper and lower levels, there’s room for everyone—whether you’re gathering together or stretching out on a daybed under the olive tree with a good book and some summer downtime.

The private pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers with soft cushions, perfect for soaking up the sun. There’s also a lovely shaded outdoor lounge area where you can relax, cool off, and fully embrace the Greek way of life—an afternoon siesta is highly recommended.

As the day winds down, outdoor living naturally shifts to the BBQ and traditional pizza oven area. With a large handcrafted concrete dining table and stools, it’s an ideal spot for relaxed family meals and evenings spent together, all while enjoying the stunning Ionian sunset in the background. 🌅

A 300 € cash deposit is required at check in that will be reimbursed into your bank account within a week after villa inspection.

You can go hiking, swimming, cycling, sailing or play tennis nearby.
The local beach is only a 5 minute walk,

Potomaki beach is the biggest with cool lounge bars a 5 minute drive.

The nearest (well organised) airport is Aktion (Preveza, 3 hours from Amsterdam) with international flight carriers like Transavia and EasyJet, is at only 20 minutes.

Taxi transfer can be arranged upon request as well as car rental, bicycle or scooter in the village if you wish.

Supermarkets, pharmacies, tavernas and the beach are all in walking distance.
