Everything you need to know about booking your stay in Paleros.
PVK, Preveza International Airport is only at 30 min drive. With flights from many UK airports, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy and more. Currently it is not open all year around, only operates from May until end of October.
- No smoking
- No pets allowed unless prior approval was given.
- Never leave fires unattended with homes that have BBQ facilities.
- Place garbage bags in the appropriate outdoor garbage container upon leaving.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors and the environment
- Please make note of the occupancy limit. If the maximum number is broken, PPM has the right to ask you to leave immediately with no refund.
- Please call if any problems arise
Villas provide the following:
Toilet paper Trash can liners and garbage bags Linens and 1 towel for each person the home sleeps Pool towels (if the home has a pool) Kitchen stocked with plates, silverware, cups, baking dishes, etc. (enough for the amount the home sleeps) Coffee capsules Basic seasonings (salt & pepper) Dish soap Hand soap Dishwasher tablets
We are happy to accommodate late check outs as long as the home is available and is requested in advance. Please contact us to request a late check out.

August 2024 - Stayed about a week We had an incredible stay with our 3 sons. The villa was beautifully designed and well considered with amazing views. It was close to town and the beach. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the street about 100yrds away which sells most things. The villa was serviced really well , clean and the cleaners came halfway through. The pool was treated twice while we were there. The furniture was plentiful - liked the outdoor bean bag chairs and the air conditioning was excellent. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us. There were lots of dishwashing tablets and rubbish bags. The town about 7 mins walk away has great restaurants and a few bars and shops. Enough to keep us happy for a week. Local beaches are fab and 20 mins away is a town called Mytikas - a pretty little fishing town with great fish restaurants and cafes. We rented a car but probably didn’t need it as everything is on your doorstop. The agent Susanna was helpful communicative warm and responsive.

I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return again one day. Villa Zaverda is situated on a hill with amazing views of the bay and the town of Palairos. It’s very private and in a very quiet area. It’s a 10 minute walk to the town where there are numerous restaurants serving delicious food beside the sea. The villa is extremely well equipped and spacious. We were a family of 6 plus a baby - we did not feel cramped at all. The pool is large and the outside space works really well. The pool area is surrounded by decking which suited us well as it was non slip. There is an outside fridge and an electric BBQ. We mostly ate outside. Susana met us at the villa and showed us around. She was very warm and welcoming and kept in touch with us before and throughout our stay - giving us information and answering our questions.

Overall a perfect holiday. July 2024, Stayed about a week We’ve just enjoyed an amazing holiday at Villa Karma. Our host, Susana, was really friendly and helpful. The villa was perfect for our family of 5. The views were stunning, especially the sunsets. Having the pool was brilliant. We also loved the local beaches, visit to Lefkada, hired a boat for the day and ate out at the local tavernas.. Thank you Susana, we really hope to return soon.

A Delightful Stay That Exceeded Our Expectations! September 2024. Villa Dimi We recently had the pleasure of staying at charming Villa Dimi, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we booked our stay, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. First, the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They provided us with detailed instructions about the check-in process, as well as fantastic local recommendations for restaurants and activities. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and cozy living spaces. Overall, our stay was nothing short of perfect! This Airbnb provided us with a home away from home, and we left with wonderful memories. If you’re looking for a place that offers comfort, character, and an attentive host, look no further! We can’t wait to return!

5 star all round! Had a great time here, the apartment is lovely and a great set up with bedrooms each side of the outdoor veranda space. Fabulous view, great pool and close location to the local restaurants and a beach 5 minutes drive away. Susana was friendly, helpful and quick to reply with any queries. Nothing to fault here at all,

Such a relaxing place to stay, We spent 9 amazing days at this Villa, the villa itself was clean and very spacious, along with a great sized pool. Views of the sunset each evening were amazing as well. The town itself is very traditionally Greek with great restaurants and cafes. We also hired a boat which was super easy to do and well worth it, there are some lovely little hidden bays with crystal clear water to explore. Thanks finally to Susana who was such a helpful and friendly host, we will 100% be returning 🙂

We highly recommend this place! The Roost, Ionian Nest ,· August 2024 Stayed a few nights The house was fantastic, it had everything you need to feel at home. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were clean, cared for, and comfortable. The pool was perfect for our children but especially for our evening relaxation. Susana was always kind and communicative, really a great host.

She was very helpful, an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and had a great stay! Paleros is a wonderful town. Our favorite restaurant was the Yacht Club. Everything about this house was perfect for 6 people.

Lonian Nest One of the best apartment for this year. Very beautiful apartment with taste,in an ideal environment. Susanna kind and discreet has made a house perfect. Everything I needed was in the house. Finally, let me mention that the 4 ceiling fans combined with the 3 air-conditions made our vacation wonderful and relaxing. We will definitely go again.

Would 100% recommend😊August 2023 - Villa Dimi Stayed over a week We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Dimi in Paleros! Susana was an amazing host and so friendly and accommodating- happy to help us with any issues, recommendations etc. The villa itself is beautiful, we loved waking up to the mountains and sea view, plus pretty sunsets at night. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Everyone loved the pool, which was cleaned every few days. We are a family of 6 with people of all ages and thought Paleros town was perfect for us - not too touristy and lots of Greek culture, Tavernas with great food and lovely views, friendly and helpful locals, supermarkets very near the villa (a small one a 2 min walk, a bigger one just a few mins drive), a beach which we never actually visited as there are nicer ones a 5 min drive away (Ammos nearby, Vathiavali 25 mins away). We definitely recommend having a rental car as there isn’t much to do for the day in the actual village.

All in all a great experience! July 2023 - Villa Dimi Stayed about a week We had a absolute great stay in Villa Dimi. The place is new, fresh, and modern, and really met all our expectations. Hopefully we will be able to come back another time. Our hostess, Susan did a fantastic job, contributing knowledge and advice, making our stay the best it could be. Susan was proactive and responded rapidly on all our request.

We 10000000% recommend and will be coming back! August 2024. Villa Zaverda We've had the absolute best holiday at this property. The host was incredible, so helpful and responsive, very kind and attentive. The home itself was gorgeous, all amenities needed, perfect surroundings, fantastic view, near a shop and walking distance to the gorgeous village. We visited with two small children and always felt that they were considered and provided for. It was the most amazing holiday with special thanks to Susana (the host) for looking after us so well.

I would definitely stay here again - Susana is a wonderful host - super responsive, replied very quickly and gave us a lot of tips! She did everything to ensure we had a perfect stay! The place also had everything we needed. It was very clean, had a stunning view from the balcony and had a clean and peacefull beach nearby! The view is superb, close to the seafront/sea/restaurants - approx. 15 minutes walk. The pool is large enough and very well maintained. The villa is clean, equipped with everything you need: kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster etc.; laundry with washing machine; 2 bathrooms with direct access from the bedrooms and one from the hall (one of the bathrooms in the bedrooms does not have a toilet), living room with a view of the terrace/pool/sea. The villa has 3 very small rooms (bed and a wardrobe), but clean: one with a superb view of the pool and the sea, one with a partial view of the pool/terrace, and one to the yard/garage.
