The space
Welcome to our home 🤍 We’re Rich and Susana, and we live upstairs, while the apartment below is entirely yours, offering full privacy throughout your stay.

The apartment features a bright open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, gently separating it from the cosy living area with a comfortable corner sofa and Smart TV — a lovely space to relax together.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each one with smart TV too plus a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Both the apartment and the patio are exclusively for guests. Although we live on the property, we always respect your privacy. Our pets (4 friendly dogs and 3 cats) also live here, but there is no interaction unless you wish.

The property is fully fenced with secure parking for more than two cars.
All rooms have air conditioning, and underfloor heating keeps the apartment wonderfully cosy during winter stays.

Guest access
The guests have access to the bottom floor apartment, patio and balconies downstairs.

Other things to note
Underfloor heating makes the apartment perfect for the winter months, no extra charge.
Car is necessary since the apartment is set in a hill but only 5 min drive to downtown.
Beach access at 5 min walking from Casa Bonita.

My 4 very friendly dogs, live at the property as well as my 3 cats and will go to say hello 👋 So animal lovers are desired.
