Villa Passion – Modern 3-Story Luxury Villa with Infinity Pool

Villa Passion is a modern, three-story villa, completed in May 2025. The basement features two bedrooms and a bathroom and toilet, the ground floor houses the living room and kitchen, and the first floor comprises two master bedrooms with a balcony, each with its own private bathroom and toilet.

At the front of the house is a sun terrace with an 8x4m infinity pool, offering stunning sea views and breathtaking sunsets.

Behind the house is a garden with a dining table and barbecue. Enjoy the afternoon shade here, sheltered from the heat of the sun.

All rooms are heated and cooled by a heat pump. The basement rooms have sliding doors and private outdoor space with plenty of natural light. This provides the added benefit of staying wonderfully cool in the summer. The ground and first floors are equipped with electric shutters. The beach and the village center are a 5-minute walk away.

The Space
The living room comprises a cozy living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring an induction cooktop with integrated extractor hood, an oven/microwave, a large fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The living room features wide sliding doors offering stunning views of the pool, terrace, village, and sea. At the rear is a large, shady garden with views of the high mountains behind Palairos. The living room has a dining table for six, a comfortable seating area, and a 50-inch HD smart TV.

Upstairs, Villa Passion’s two master bedrooms feature king-size (180x200cm) double beds (note that most Greek homes only have 160cm wide beds!), spacious built-in wardrobes, and a private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and rain shower. These rooms also have sliding doors leading to the balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the village.

There are two guest bedrooms in the basement of Villa Passion.
Both rooms have sliding doors that open onto a private interior space, each providing ample natural light. Both rooms are also equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes and a shared bathroom and toilet. Both rooms have a king-size double bed that can be separated into two 90*200 cm single beds.

Outside, there are four teak sun loungers around the infinity pool, and in the backyard, a spacious dining table for eight people with a seating area.

Children are welcome at Villa Passion, but for very young ones, it is important to note that there is no fence around the pool and terrace, nor a shallow end. These hazards are at your own risk. A baby crib is available if needed.

Guest Access
All rented spaces are accessible to guests.

Other things to note
Midweek bed linen changes are available for an additional charge. A washing machine is available.
The pool is cleaned once a week.
A new Praxis supermarket is located approximately 50 meters from the house.
Car rental or airport transfers can be arranged.
No more than eight people are allowed. Parties are not permitted.
Please note that a €400 cash deposit is required upon check-in, which will be refunded to your bank account within a week after the villa has been inspected.
