Villa Petalouda (meaning butterfly in Greek) is a beautiful family-friendly villa set on the west coast of Greece, in the seaside village of Paleros. Bright, welcoming and thoughtfully designed, it offers everything you would hope for in a luxury villa in Greece — with comfort and togetherness at its heart.

Laid out on one easy ground level, Villa Petalouda features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups. As you step inside, you are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area where the whole family can gather. The dining area and fully equipped kitchen are perfect for relaxed meals together, while the comfortable lounge is bathed in natural light thanks to large glass doors that open directly onto the private pool terrace.

The main bedroom, located just off the living area, has its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor space — perfect for early morning swims or quiet evenings by the pool. The other two bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms, are positioned near the entrance of the villa. One opens straight onto the pool area, while the other enjoys lovely sea views through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, filling the room with light and a calming coastal atmosphere.
